Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange or upgrade to another product of the same or higher value, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product by submitting our Exchange & Return Request Form.

For exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping label fees. If requested, the return label cost may be deducted from the refund or exchange credit.

  • All toppers are excluded from free exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all topper exchanges.

  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, customers may be required to split the shipping cost for the exchange (50% customer / 50% Organic Textiles) due to higher shipping rates.

You are eligible for one exchange only, and the exchanged item will be considered final sale.

We will ship the new item after the original item is received and inspected by our returns team. This process typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the item.

If you need the exchange item sooner, you may return the unwanted item and place a new order, which typically ships within 2 business days.


Price Match Policy

We offer price matching within 7 days of your original order date if the price is reduced.


Return Policy

At Organic Textiles, we value your happiness and satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is in new and unused condition.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping label fees for all products, including toppers.

  • If a return label is provided by Organic Textiles, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.


Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged or defective area are required.

After review, we will either:

  • Send a replacement for the damaged part, or

  • Send a full replacement item, at our discretion.
