Return Policy

Your happiness and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our product, Organic Textiles gives all customers the chance to return their product.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, The return item must be NEW, or close to new like condition. We do not accept back WASHED ITEMS. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date.

If returned damaged/stained/used/washed we will charge customer a fee accordingly.
The refund will be the item price minus any additional fees (if applicable).
Refused Delivery: If the customer refuses the delivery, the customer will be charged.

"I read a previous review that they just used this topper as the mattress. My baby loves it. It's so soft/plush, heavyweight and firm at the same time. I bought this because I was was looking for a natural latex crib mattress/futon situation, but no luck with what I wanted. The others were floppy, thin and not very supportive looking. We are planning on buying another 3" topper just for height. But so far so good, as is."

Really nice!

"Using this as a mattress in my Chicco portable sleeper (size 24 x 38). Fits perfectly. It is perfect softness/firmness and the 2" seems really thick and supportive. (I laid on it and felt that it supported me). I would say it is perfect except that it is not organic (which I would have preferred), which I'm surprised about because Organic Textiles sells organic latex for beds. This is 1,000 times better than the manufacturer toxic sleeping pads that come with the playyards/portable sleepers. Very fair price, so I will definitely be back to shop again! So grateful to have found this in the perfect size!! And so nice that so many different options are available. I will definitely recommend!! * I purchased a waterproof pad and sheets on Amazon that fit perfectly."
